Our culinary adventure will begin with the visit to a typical “Peruvian market” where we will find a wide variety of inputs used in the preparation of our main dishes and typical desserts, we will enjoy unique fruits such as cherimoya, lúcuma, aguaymanto and pacae. We will also see a wide variety of fruits offered by the sea, considered one of the richest in the world.
We will visit a restaurant where the Chef will offer us a practical class on the preparation of Ceviche and Pisco Sour, emblems of Peruvian gastronomy.
We will continue with a lunch in a famous Restaurant in Chorrillos “La Sirena Restobar” overlooking the Pacific Ocean to savor a wide variety of traditional dishes and desserts of our Peruvian cuisine.
At the end we will receive a certification of having successfully completed the typical cooking class Lima, you will be given the prescription with the complete procedure of the preparation of the Ceviche and also a souvenir photo with our chef.
